After a weekend full with fatty foods, fresh salad days may
be healthy food. Especially when we have a supply of fruit in the refrigerator
that we could not though. The combination of fruit with a sweet, sour and fresh
will refresh your body. To add a savory flavor, give complementary sauce with
an added milk and cheese. Here's the recipe Fruit Salad, quoted from Vivanews.
Ingredients:

g lettuce, washed, cut into pieces

g strawberries, cleaned, splits

g apples, peeled and diced small

g grapes, washed, halved, seeded

g meat Arumanis mango, cut into pieces
Sauce:
150
ml bottled mayonnaise
2
tablespoons sweetened condensed milk white
2
tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
1
tbsp lemon juice
½ teaspoon grated lemon peel
How to make:
Mix
the fruit and lettuce in a serving bowl,
If
you prefer, you can add a sprinkling of grated cheddar cheese,
Mix
all the sauce ingredients and pour over the fruit before, mix well and serve.
