Body Fit with Fruit Salad Dish


After a weekend full with fatty foods, fresh salad days may be healthy food. Especially when we have a supply of fruit in the refrigerator that we could not though. The combination of fruit with a sweet, sour and fresh will refresh your body. To add a savory flavor, give complementary sauce with an added milk and cheese. Here's the recipe Fruit Salad, quoted from Vivanews.
Ingredients:
*      200 g lettuce, washed, cut into pieces
*      200 g strawberries, cleaned, splits
*      200 g apples, peeled and diced small
*      200 g grapes, washed, halved, seeded
*      200 g meat Arumanis mango, cut into pieces
Sauce:
*      150 ml bottled mayonnaise
*      2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk white
*      2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
*      1 tbsp lemon juice
*       ½ teaspoon grated lemon peel
How to make:
*      Mix the fruit and lettuce in a serving bowl,
*      If you prefer, you can add a sprinkling of grated cheddar cheese,
*      Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour over the fruit before, mix well and serve.
